By completing this purchase, you are entering into a binding agreement with Fifi Sclif Coaching (“I”, “me”, “my”) for Therapist Visibility in the Age of AI: Why Some Therapists Get Recommended… and Others Don’t (“the Masterclass”).
This is a business and professional development training. It is not therapy, counselling, clinical supervision, or mental health treatment.
1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Fifi Sclif Coaching and you, the purchaser (“you”).
By purchasing, you confirm that you:
Are over 18 years of age
Are purchasing the Masterclass for your own personal or professional development
2. What’s included
When you purchase the Masterclass, you receive:
Access to the live online masterclass (where applicable)
Access to the replay of the masterclass
The Prompt Pack (including visibility prompts and Hidden AI Page template)
Any bonuses explicitly advertised at the time of purchase
Replay access is provided for as long as the Masterclass remains available, unless otherwise stated.
No ongoing coaching, supervision, membership access, or additional support is included unless explicitly purchased separately.

No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued
This applies whether or not you attend live, watch the replay, or change your mind
If you experience technical issues accessing the replay or materials, you must contact me within a reasonable timeframe so the issue can be addressed.

Record the session or replay without permission

6. Confidentiality & Conduct
While discussion may occur during live sessions, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting.
By attending, you agree to:
Act respectfully towards others
Not share other participants’ comments or personal information outside the session
I reserve the right to remove access if behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.

No guarantees are made regarding visibility, enquiries, or business outcomes

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or the courts of England and Wales.
