By completing this purchase, you are entering into a binding agreement with Fifi Sclif Coaching (“I”, “me”, “my”) for Therapist Visibility in the Age of AI: Why Some Therapists Get Recommended… and Others Don’t (“the Masterclass”).

This is a business and professional development training. It is not therapy, counselling, clinical supervision, or mental health treatment.

1. Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between Fifi Sclif Coaching and you, the purchaser (“you”).

By purchasing, you confirm that you:

Are over 18 years of age

Are purchasing the Masterclass for your own personal or professional development

2. What’s included

When you purchase the Masterclass, you receive:

Access to the live online masterclass (where applicable)

Access to the replay of the masterclass

The Prompt Pack (including visibility prompts and Hidden AI Page template)

Any bonuses explicitly advertised at the time of purchase

Replay access is provided for as long as the Masterclass remains available, unless otherwise stated.

No ongoing coaching, supervision, membership access, or additional support is included unless explicitly purchased separately.

3. Nature of the Masterclass

The Masterclass focuses on:

How AI is influencing therapist visibility and recommendation

Clarity, positioning, and communication in private practice

How therapists can be understood more clearly across websites, directories, and online platforms

This Masterclass does not constitute therapy, counselling, supervision, clinical advice, or mental health treatment.

You remain responsible for your own professional practice, client work, and ethical decision-making.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Once access to the Masterclass or replay has been granted:

No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued

This applies whether or not you attend live, watch the replay, or change your mind

If you experience technical issues accessing the replay or materials, you must contact me within a reasonable timeframe so the issue can be addressed.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Masterclass, including the Prompt Pack, are the intellectual property of Fifi Sclif Coaching.

You agree not to:

Share, reproduce, copy, distribute, or sell the content

Share the Prompt Pack or any materials externally

Record the session or replay without permission

Use the materials to create your own course, workshop, or training

You may use the materials for your own business and professional development only.

6. Confidentiality & Conduct

While discussion may occur during live sessions, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting.

By attending, you agree to:

Act respectfully towards others

Not share other participants’ comments or personal information outside the session

I reserve the right to remove access if behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Responsibility & Disclaimer

By purchasing the Masterclass, you acknowledge that:

You remain responsible for your own business decisions and professional conduct

No guarantees are made regarding visibility, enquiries, or business outcomes

You will exercise your own professional judgement when applying any ideas or materials

I am not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation.

8. Technology & Access

The Masterclass is delivered using third-party platforms (including Zoom and Flodesk).

You acknowledge that:

Technical issues may occur

I am not responsible for outages, platform failures, or issues outside my control

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or the courts of England and Wales.

10. Consent

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

You agree to be legally bound by them

You understand the Masterclass is non-refundable

You understand this is not therapy, counselling, or supervision
