By completing this purchase, you are entering into a binding agreement with Fifi Sclif Coaching (“I”, “me”, “my”) for Designing a Profitable Therapy Practice: The Financial Blueprint (“the Masterclass”).
This is a business and professional development training. It is not therapy, counselling, financial advice, accountancy services, mental health treatment, or clinical supervision.
1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Fifi Sclif Coaching and you, the purchaser (“you”).
By purchasing, you confirm that you:
Are over 18 years of age
Are purchasing the Masterclass for your own personal or professional development
2. What’s included
When you purchase the Masterclass, you receive:
Access to the live 60-minute online masterclass (where applicable)
Access to the replay of the masterclass
The Private Practice Financial Calculator spreadsheet
Any bonuses explicitly advertised at the time of purchase
Replay access is provided for as long as the Masterclass remains available, unless otherwise stated.
No ongoing coaching, financial consultancy, supervision, membership access, or additional support is included unless explicitly purchased separately.
3. Nature of the Masterclass
The Masterclass focuses on:
Understanding revenue, profit, and take-home pay
Financial structure within private practice
Income modelling and sustainability
The Masterclass does not constitute therapy, counselling, supervision, financial advice, tax advice, or accounting services.
You remain responsible for seeking appropriate financial or tax advice where required.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Once access to the Masterclass or replay has been granted:
No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued
This applies whether or not you attend live, watch the replay, or change your mind
If you experience technical issues accessing the replay, you must contact me within a reasonable timeframe so the issue can be addressed.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of the Masterclass are the intellectual property of Fifi Sclif Coaching.
You agree not to:
Share, reproduce, copy, distribute, or sell the content
Share the financial calculator spreadsheet externally
Record the session or replay without permission
Use the materials to create your own course, workshop, or training
You may use the content and spreadsheet for your own business and professional development only.
6. Confidentiality & Conduct
While discussion may occur during live sessions, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting.
By attending, you agree to:
Act respectfully towards others
Not share other participants’ comments or personal information outside the session
I reserve the right to remove access if behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. Responsibility & Disclaimer
By purchasing the Masterclass, you acknowledge that:
You remain responsible for your own business and financial decisions
No guarantees are made regarding income, profit, or financial results
You will seek appropriate professional advice where necessary
I am not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation.

The Masterclass is delivered using third-party platforms (including Zoom and Flodesk).

Technical issues may occur
I am not responsible for outages, platform failures, or issues outside my control

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or the courts of England and Wales.
