TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The Therapist’s Expansion Blueprint – 8-Week Expansion Coaching Container

By completing this purchase you are entering into a binding agreement with Fifi Sclif Coaching (“I”, “me”, “my”) for The Therapist’s Expansion Blueprint – 8-Week Expansion Coaching Container (“the Programme”).

This is a business and mindset coaching programme. It is not therapy, counselling, mental health treatment or supervision.

1. Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between Fifi Sclif Coaching and you, the client, who confirms that you:

Are over 18, and

Are purchasing the Programme for your own personal and professional development.

You will also receive a separate coaching contract to sign before we begin, which sits alongside these Terms.

2. What’s included in the Programme

When you join the Programme, you receive:

6 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (online via Zoom unless agreed otherwise)

WhatsApp/email support Monday–Friday between sessions

Guidance, resources and frameworks I choose to provide to support your goals

Access to bonuses as advertised (Black Friday bonuses included for this round)

The purpose of the Programme is to support you to map, build and prepare to launch an additional offer alongside your private practice (e.g. group programme, workshop, course, membership, retreat or networking event).

3. Session Scheduling & Expiry (12-Week Rule)

You will receive instructions to schedule your first session once onboarding is complete.

The Programme is designed to run over 8 weeks, but you have 12 weeks from your first session to use all six calls.

This extra time is to allow for illness, holidays, or unexpected events.

After 12 weeks from your first session date:

Any unused sessions will automatically expire

No refund, partial refund, or credit will be given for unused sessions

You are responsible for booking and attending your sessions within the 12-week timeframe.

If you disengage (for example, do not respond to scheduling messages or fail to participate) for 30 days or more, the Programme will be treated as complete and all outstanding payments will remain due.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled within 48 hours may be treated as used at my discretion.

I will always use common sense with emergencies, but cannot extend the 12-week expiry timeframe unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Fees & Payment Terms

The investment for the Programme is:

£1,555 paid in full, or

£555 per month for 3 months, or

£277 per month for 6 months

By enrolling, you agree:

You are committing to the full programme fee, whether or not you complete or attend all sessions.

If you select a payment plan, instalments will be taken automatically via your chosen payment method.

If a payment fails, you agree to update your payment details promptly.

Refund policy: Due to the nature of this container and the limited spaces, all payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Chargebacks: You agree to contact me first regarding any concerns. Attempting a chargeback will result in loss of access to all materials and bonuses.

6. Confidentiality & Data

I will treat the content of coaching sessions as confidential except where required by law or safeguarding responsibilities.
Your data will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy (available at www.fifisclif.com).

7. Coaching Disclaimer & Responsibility

This Programme provides coaching and mentoring. It is not therapy, and does not replace therapeutic, legal, medical or financial advice.

By joining, you agree:

You remain responsible for your own mental, emotional and physical wellbeing

You will seek appropriate professional support when needed

You will not hold me liable for business, personal or financial decisions you make

No guarantees are made regarding your income, results or outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within the Programme remain the intellectual property of Fifi Sclif Coaching.

You agree not to:

Share Programme materials with anyone else

Reproduce, copy, sell or distribute materials as your own

Use the Programme content to create your own course, training or programme

You may use the materials for your personal business use only.

9. Technology & Access

The Programme is accessed via third-party platforms (e.g. Zoom, WhatsApp, Flodesk).
You acknowledge that technical issues may occur and agree that I am not liable for outages, platform issues or delays caused by third-party software.

10. Termination of Access

I reserve the right to terminate your access to the Programme if:

You violate these Terms

You behave abusively, disrespectfully or in a way that disrupts the coaching relationship

Payments are repeatedly missed or declined

Termination does not void your responsibility to complete all payments.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation or, if necessary, the courts of England and Wales.

12. Consent

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

You agree to be legally bound by them

You understand this purchase is non-refundable and time-limited

You understand coaching is not therapy, counselling or supervision
